A real estate caravan is a method of showing listings. A caravan involves inviting real estate agents into a series of homes, listed for sale, which will attract more buyers agents who might have a buyer they can match up with that property!

Directly following the pitch sessions which start with 9:45 networking and usually end by 11am. Please note we only allow for three properties and they have to be close in proximity to each other. You will have to be present if you would like the agents to preview your property on caravan. We also request you preview the other properties in the caravan as a courtesy to the other agents.
